Finished a custom order for 2 names - Haley and Ellie! Arent those just such cute names!! The names are for a lady's granddaughters! Her lil divas as she calls them!! She wanted their names to be EXTRA shiny! Well I think I did that for her! They were fun to make!! Below is Ellie's - Haley is the same.

1st Craft Show

I am getting a little nervous, anxious, but excited!! I am going to have a table at my first craft show this wknd!!  THere are SO many little things not to forget but I am trying to make a note of everything and get ready.  I do not have lots of expectations other than gain experience and to put my work out there more.  I am blessed to have my niece helping me out so spending quality time with her will be a nice bonus!! :) Well, off to more planning and getting ready!

I was apprehensive about getting started on this one since my last class.  Even in class last night it took me awhile to get started.  But once my instructor gave me the right direction it clicked.  I hope to finish much more before my next class! Cant wait!!

Today in class I started on a new painting! This one is going to challenge me and I am excited to get to it!! Plus I have to admit a lil nervous - but in a good way! ;)  Betcha cant guess what it is?!?! lol

ROSE Painting - Work in Progress...

I worked on my painting this weekend that I am doing in my painting class.  I am LOVIN' how it is turning out especially after I stepped back from it and took a look.  Sometimes it is good to find a stopping point & then go back to your work either later in the day or even days later.   I am good with the progress I have made today & feel fine waiting to continue til class.  Now...onto another craft project!!
